The Midlands Workforce System provides Workforce Investment Act (WIA) services to youth in Fairfield, Lexington, and Richland counties through three youth service providers. These providers have unique programs to serve youth seeking to get their first job after completing school, to continue education beyond high school, or to enter other vocational training.
